An integral part of the enterprise, the Fortress Corporate Application Development teams are responsible for building and supporting proprietary and vendor-based applications. It interacts daily with business teams, corporate operations teams, and all parts of the technology organization.

Fortress IT is seeking a dynamic self-starter with a proven track record in developing high-quality software. The Corp IT Accounting team is seeking an experienced Program Analyst with SQL experience to manage the delivery of technological solutions for key stakeholders. This individual will drive and manage the successful execution of key projects across the team. The role requires mobilizing cross-functional teams towards agreed-upon goals, showcasing key benefits, and overseeing and reporting progress on projects.

Responsibilities :

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and database objects (tables, views, indexes, stored procedures, functions, etc.)
• Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and other techniques.
• Collaborate with application team to design and implement database schemas and structures.
• Ensure data integrity and security through proper design and implementation of database constraints and permissions.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports.
• Required to come into our NYC office 3 days a week
