Allegro Parkland is looking for a Part-Time Wellness Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team on the PM shift. This is nursing the way it should feel-personal, meaningful, and supported.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care and medication management for residents
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team
• Support and guide caregivers during the PM shift
• Document care accurately and follow state and company guidelines
• Be a calm, confident presence as the day winds down

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN license (Florida)
• Experience in Assisted Living or Senior Living preferred (but not required)
• A calm, compassionate nurse who leads with heart
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
