Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery.
• Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
• Maintain proper inventory for all raw and full goods including product, bottles, pallets, and flats.
• Provide feedback to Supply Chain Ops Associate Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders.
• Track each load accurately.
• Accurately count all pallets.
• Maintain pace of pallet configuration.
• Identify priorities and coordinate resources.
• Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate picker and loader team.
• Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps.
• Embrace and promote a culture of "stack, wrap, strap".
• This position will require travel.

This Position is Overtime Eligible.

Working schedule : Monday - Friday 8PM - 4AM.
