Clinical Nurse II - General Pediatrics, 36 hrs / week, Night Shift

Join our dedicated team in General Pediatrics where you will contribute to creating a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues. Your role as a Clinical Nurse II is vital in supporting the health and well-being of our young patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document all care as required by company policy.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patients' conditions.
• Assess patient needs and evaluate their responses to care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including both over-the-counter and prescription drugs.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
