Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative (Medicare Advantage) *Overview* We are seeking a customerfocused *Customer Service Representative* to support Medicare Advantage members by providing clear, accurate, and compassionate service. This role is ideal for individuals with call center experience who are comfortable working in a fastpaced, metricsdriven environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide professional and empathetic customer service to Medicare Advantage members via inbound calls
* Assist with benefits, coverage, and claimsrelated questions
* Interpret and explain policy provisions clearly and accurately
* Research, investigate, and follow up on member issues to ensure timely resolution
* Advocate for members while maintaining quality and productivity standards
* Document interactions accurately using internal systems
*Qualifications*
* Prior customer service, call center, or contact center experience
* Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
* Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
* Effective problemsolving and customer issue resolution skills
* High level of empathy and patience
* Healthcare or insurance experience preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OR.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
