Epic is hiring: Network Engineer in Sioux Falls

Epic invites you to apply for the Network Engineer position. This role is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. Epic recruits nationally and offers financial relocation assistance.

As a member of the Hosting team, you will help design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi‑tenant, high‑complexity, enterprise‑scale hosting architecture. You will protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures, escalating when they are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of networking, security, and virtualization components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
• Background in IT/Systems/Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity/Networking, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience or interest in Security, Network, Cloud, DevOps, SAN & Backup, Virtualization, Windows, or related areas.
