Human Resources (HR) Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee HR operations for a workforce of nearly 400 employees in Sunnyvale, California. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment and managing various HR functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, and payroll. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
• Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timely distribution of employee compensation.
• Administer benefit programs, including enrollment, communication, and troubleshooting employee inquiries.
• Maintain and optimize HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline processes and improve data management.
• Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a strong foundation of organizational integrity. Requirements - Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management or a related field.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
• Experience with benefits administration, including enrollment and employee communication.
• Proficiency in managing payroll processes with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and ability to optimize system functionality.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
