Job Description As a CNC Machinist / Programmer, you will be responsible for interpreting specifications and manufacturing drawings to create CNC machining programs using CAM software. You will also operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts that meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Determine the necessary fixtures, attachments, and tooling for job completion.
• Translate 2D and 3D manufacturing drawings into CNC machining programs using CAM software.
• Oversee the cutting process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality conformity.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and tool replacement to ensure machine longevity.
• Program, edit, modify, and maintain files on all parts manufactured on CNC equipment.
• Quote jobs and materials.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00 / yr.

Insurance – You will be entitled to participate in the company’s Medical Plan on the 1st of the month thirty (30) days after your start date. If the high-deductible Plan is selected, Boulden will contribute to your Health Savings Account.

401(K) Plan – After ninety (90) days of employment, you will be eligible to contribute toward a 401(K)-retirement account. Boulden will match your contributions to this account up to a limit of 4% of your annual salary. 3% Profit sharing based on company annual performance No Dental
