RCM Systems Configuration Expert

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Systems Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the configuration of RCM software and systems to meet operational and compliance requirements

Collaborate with IT and operational teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements

Serve as the primary SME for RCM system-related matters, leading system testing and change management efforts

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus

5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in RCM systems configuration and optimization

In-depth knowledge of RCM processes including patient registration, coding, billing, claims processing, and collections

Experience in leading RCM system implementation and optimization projects

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry, such as HIPAA and CMS regulations
