As a Registered Nurse, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safety and therapeutic outcomes in accordance with established standards. Engage with patients and families to plan and implement individualized interventions and evaluate effectiveness.

You will anticipate changes in patient conditions, assess needs, and adapt care plans as necessary, collaborating with healthcare teams for coordinated care delivery. Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality, actively participating in performance improvement initiatives.

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license issued by your practicing state and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Degrees : Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Required Experience : Typically requires 1 year in clinical nursing.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : You should exhibit holistic patient care capabilities, proficiency in decision-making, and excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment are essential.
