Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to work in maintenance
• Must be a legal U.S. citizen
• Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source (training provided at orientation)

Job Description & Responsibilities

This role is critical in the restaurant because you'll:

• Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas
• Provide the supply: Unload incoming delivery and help replenish necessary stock
• Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems
• Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence

Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unloading delivery truck two times a week
• Taking out and emptying trash compactor
• Changing light bulbs
• Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
