Key Responsibilities

Define and own the multi-marketplace advertising strategy across various retail media networks

Lead and scale a high-performing advertising organization, setting clear KPIs and career paths

Oversee end-to-end media planning and activation for client portfolios across multiple marketplaces

Required Qualifications

10+ years in digital advertising or performance marketing with experience in retail media and marketplaces

5+ years leading media or advertising teams in an agency or high-growth eCommerce environment

Proven track record of delivering measurable growth via marketplace media with budget management experience

Deep expertise in performance media metrics and analytics tools

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
