A company is looking for a Procurement Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders and support timely delivery of materials
Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and maintain accurate supplier documentation
Track inventory levels and assist with data management and reporting related to purchasing activities
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative support preferred
Basic understanding of inventory and purchasing concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or purchasing systems is a plus
Eagerness to learn and grow into a more advanced procurement role
