- Provide Administrative support to the Human Resources team
- Initiate and draft correspondence and documents for review;
- Prepare and maintain word processing documents, spreadsheets, and other computerized records in an organized and efficient manner.
- Knowledge of systems such as Google apps, Workday, and Microsoft Office including building excel spreadsheets and preparing detailed PowerPoint presentations.
- Assist with E-Verify as needed during peak season.
- Ability to effectively organize multiple items, shifting focus and priority in a high-volume work environment to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse population.
- Ability to support key projects and initiatives in a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in supporting the campus community.
Associates Degree with - years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum - years experience, High level Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook, mail merge capability; administrative clerical support, including typing, editing complex documents, such as reports, presentation materials, & tables; Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills, works well under pressure.
