A company is looking for a Director of Sales - Platform Revenue (SaaS | ERP + Labor Management + Payments).
Key Responsibilities
Own the full revenue engine including new logos, expansions, renewals, and pricing strategy
Develop pricing guardrails and lead a deal desk for value-based selling
Coach and elevate the existing sales team while ensuring disciplined CRM usage
Required Qualifications
7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including sales leadership
Proven success in driving ARR growth and implementing pricing / contracting discipline
Highly analytical with experience in managing dashboards and forecasting
Experience selling platform or modular SaaS products
Expertise with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
