A company is looking for a Director of Emerging Products - Core.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and support a team of sales managers on strategy and pipeline reviews to achieve quarterly targets

Hire and onboard new managers and account executives, providing ongoing coaching for their success

Work cross-functionally to solve problems and manage projects while fostering team culture and inclusivity

Required Qualifications

10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in complex selling

3+ years of experience managing teams

Experience leading full-cycle sales processes

Strong background in coaching teams on outbound sales strategies

Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and data-driven decision-making
