HubSpot Admin & Automation Manager

As our HubSpot Admin & Automation Manager, you will:

• Set up, configure, and customize HubSpot pipelines, fields, workflows, permissions, and dashboards to fit our business processes.
• Build advanced automations for lead routing, follow-up, and reporting.
• Integrate HubSpot with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics for unified, real-time reporting.
• Maintain data cleanliness and governance, including deduplication, formatting standards, and enrichment.
• Create internal documentation and SOPs for HubSpot processes.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to align HubSpot functionality with sales and operational goals.
• Provide technical support and training to end users during rollout and beyond.

• 5+ years of HubSpot CRM administration experience (Sales Hub & Marketing Hub).
• Strong skills with automation tools (HubSpot Workflows, Make, Zapier, n8n).
• Power BI dashboard creation and data model integration experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive mindset - always looking for ways to make systems better.
