The ideal candidate would have the following qualities :

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Comfortable being responsible for the waiting area, helping guests, taking applications, and listing available jobs on online job boards
• Capable of assisting with recruiting, as needed
• Has customer service or front office experience
• Has understanding of common business practices and procedures
• Can handle multiple phone lines while multi-tasking
