Requirements: (Must Have to Apply)
Must be dependable and punctual
Valid Driver's license and insurance (your own)
CPR/First Aid Certificate
Valid TB test
1 or more years of verifiable caregiving experience
Certification(s) highly recommended
Ability to commit to flexible hours
Must be 18 years of age or older; More than 2 years of driving experience for driving cases.
Must have the ability to successfully pass background check with Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance
