What You'll Do

Organize materials and tools for a safe, efficient work environment

Maintain truck stock and communicate needs to prevent unnecessary return trips

Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term customer relationships

Troubleshoot electrical components, wiring diagrams, panels, and circuits

Install and maintain generators, light fixtures, receptacles, switches, panels, breakers, and services

Perform electrical service changes and upgrades

Calculate charges and collect payment at the time of service

Recommend electrical services, repairs, equipment, and membership plans

Gather site-specific information for quotes

Complete jobsite documentation electronically and on paper

Actively participate in the on-call service rotation and adapt to changing schedules

Support and demonstrate our Safety Culture by complying with all safety policies and practices

Qualifications

Completion of a Registered Apprenticeship Program in Electrical or a State of Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License

5+ years of experience in electrical service, repairs, and / or maintenance

Current valid driver's license

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency with technology (smartphone, ServiceTitan, Busy Busy, Employee Portal, Outlook, LMS 365, GoFormz)

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, bend, and lift / move up to 100 pounds

Work in occupied homes, outdoors, and occasionally in extreme temperatures or tight spaces

Exposure to mechanical parts, construction equipment, fumes, and moderate to loud noise
