Job Details

Oversee operations at plants, manage production, maintenance, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive process manufacturing experience preferably in bulk / pelletized products. Operational leadership and a strong ability to develop and scale a high-performing team is also important as we continue to grow.
