SUMMARY
Provide clerical support as part of an administrative support team in a fast-paced construction office supporting Construction Managers. Accurately perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee may be called upon to perform any or all of the following functions :
- Responsible for monthly departmental credit card reports; distribute to teams, compile and check validity of information submitted, collect backup documents
- Assist in the payroll coordination process by monitoring submissions of approved time sheets, ensure valid data transfers to Accounting Department
- Responsible for tracking daily and weekly reports in SharePoint and ensuring all documents are uploaded
- Ensure safety charts are updated and notify construction manager of approaching expiration date
- Responsible for completing job startup checklist and setting jobs up in SharePoint
- Be familiar with department processes and procedures to be capable of backing up other administrative positions when needed
- Perform Construction Department support tasks with minimal supervision
- Take personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of his / her work
- Ability to lift 10lbs on a regular basis and up to 25lbs when necessary
- Other duties as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of five years of experience working in an office setting. Experience in the construction industry a plus.
Possess skills in the following areas :
