Pharmacist

ATC Healthcare is seeking a pharmacist with a minimum of 1 year of experience for immediate hire to join our warm, safe, and friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and provide consultation to patients regarding their prescriptions.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide recommendations for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on medication administration, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Participate in immunization programs as required by facility protocols.
• Stay updated on clinical pharmacy practices and advancements in medication therapies.
