We're looking for a motivated, high-quality full-time dental hygienist to join our East Lansing office. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing, respectful, and close-knit team — not a corporate environment.

We’re a privately owned dental office, where you’ll be treated like a professional, not a number. If you want autonomy, growth, and the chance to truly impact patient health — this is for you. If you prefer micromanagement, office politics, or corporate bureaucracy — this is not.

💰 What’s In It for You

Schedule : Monday–Thursday — enjoy real work / life balance

Compensation Package Includes :

• Pay : $43–$45 per hour
• Approximate annual income : $89,440–$93,600 / year (based on a full-time 4-day schedule)
• Pay based on your abilities, including :
• Nitrous certification
• Local anesthesia certification
• Strong patient-education and communication skills
• Ability to manage a productive, efficient schedule. No assisted hygiene. 1 hour per patient.
• Pay is biweekly
• Health insurance : 50% of the premium covered for your family (up to $2,500 / year)
• CE support : $1,000 per year (non-rollover)
• PTO : 1 week after your first year
