We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities :

• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Administer medication under the direction of a nurse
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health status
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities
• Provide hospice care when needed

Skills :

Experience in caregiving and assisting with activities of daily living

Ability to cook and prepare meals according to dietary restrictions

Knowledge of medical documentation and record keeping

Familiarity with medication administration procedures

Understanding of catheter care practices

Proficiency in working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Knowledge of healthcare systems and protocols

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
