Job Description:

• Manages all aspects of projects in conjunction with department leadership, serving as a liaison to enhance understanding and inform decisions.
• Leads teams of professionals, ensuring projects are completed on time by assisting staff in development, implementation, review, and completion of project plans.
• Communicates project status and issues with executive sponsors, as needed.
• Determines financial outcomes in support of process and program initiatives.
• Analyzes service line profitability, evaluates labor initiatives, and assists with building business models for decision-making.

• Ability to compile and analyze financial information on trended data for financial decision-making. [Required]
• Ability to work in a project-oriented environment and in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines. [Required]
• Strong computer skills including e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheets using Microsoft software platforms. [Required]
• Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively by reading, writing legibly, speaking, and comprehending English in order to carry out job requirements. [Required]
• Provides mentoring, training, and development assistance to Financial Analysts and Financial Managers. [Required]
• Confidence to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels in the organization. [Required]

Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
• Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:
• in Management, or in business-related field, such as Accounting or Finance, or in a health-related field, such as, Healthcare Administration or Nursing

Work Experience:
• 3+ of applicable healthcare financial management experience, including operational involvement and/or project management [Preferred]
• 3+ of relevant finance experience [Required]

Pay Range:

$83,699.48 - $155,693.55
