You could be checking in with a team in India one minute, meeting with leadership to review initiatives for the coming quarter later and tomorrow handling a few ad hoc requests from your peers in other departments. You are comfortable presenting to senior leaders, product owners, and peers with a compelling voice that you demonstrate through executive presence, leading change, and creating clear executive-level communications on milestone achievements. Challenges . Inevitable challenges will arise, and we’ll rely on you to look for a solution. Responsibilities . Responsible for analyzing company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people. Utilize available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement. Review and analyze information, forecast method, schedule system processes, and procedures. Determine most useful business solutions for the company. Recommend alternative solutions to management as to courses of action that best meet the organization's goals. Perform analysis and model data to enable data driven product strategies. Provide meaningful insights and visualized models to management using different analytical tools and techniques including artificial intelligence, machine learning and generative AI to enable decision making. Capture data for user engagement and behavior analysis within the product. Drive new feature rollout and effectiveness and success measurement, engagement and efficiency improvement analysis and recommend strategies. Partner with stakeholders to enable data driven decisions across the portfolio by applying descriptive and predictive analysis. Apply diverse set of strategies including qualitative analysis, statistics, qualitative reasoning during the research. Independently research and provide actionable insights to solve the problems. Work on diverse data set including relational and non-relational and also structured and non-structured database to identify correlations, spot trends and patterns. Perform ad-hoc analysis based on requests from different stakeholders. Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a master’s degree and three (3) years of related experience. Employer will accept pre-bachelor’s degree experience. Work Experience. One (1) year of experience must include : Data Analysis and Visualization using Python, SQL, Power BI, and R; AI and Machine Learning for predictive analytics, including forecasting, classification, and clustering; AI-Based Forecasting tools to improve planning and forecasting accuracy by leveraging AI frameworks; Customer Sentiment Analysis tools and recommendation systems using NLP and collaborative filtering; Building secure, scalable data-sharing systems for seamless integration across platforms; Access / Entitlement Management for implemented secure data access systems and ensured compliance with governance policies; Data Mapping and Querying in cross-database queries (SQL and NoSQL) to integrate and analyze complex datasets; Developing Real-Time Reports with Power BI and Databricks; Conducting Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis through applied statistical methods and qualitative analysis for trend identification and business strategies.
