Technical Services Technician I - Position Summary

Provide expert technical design assistance to customers, ensuring optimal solutions and support for their projects.

Technical Services Technician I - Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Technical Support :

Identify the best product solutions for projects.

Maintain the Technical Services Information database (Dynamics).

Provide layout drawings, bill of materials lists, and shop drawings for individual projects.

Gather, verify, and communicate project information to the appropriate personnel.

Work closely with Inside Sales Representatives and Area Sales Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

Elicit feedback from customers to guide future product and service direction.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Technical Services Technician I - Core Competencies

Technical Services Technician I - Education and Experience

Minimum of two years of related experience.

Technical Services Technician I - Essential Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in each essential duty. The following qualifications represent the level of knowledge, skill, and / or ability required :

Skilled in using AutoCAD 2021 or higher.
