Following a series of new contract wins in Arizona, they are seeking for a Project Manager to join their expanding team and oversee the delivery of key fiber infrastructure builds in the region.

Responsibilities :
Coordinate the allocation of materials, tools, and workforce for project execution
Prepare and submit necessary project documentation and reports
Update and finalize construction drawings, including any field modifications
Oversee the handling of change orders and ensure timely progress invoicing
Maintain regular communication with clients and address inquiries promptly
Supervise all phases of underground utility construction to ensure smooth operations
May conduct site visits independently to support estimating, proposals, or quality control
Assess team performance and support ongoing training and career development
Skills / Must have :
Prior experience leading teams in utility construction is essential
Willingness to travel based on project demands
Background in underground telecommunications and electrical installations is required
Skilled in managing contracts, processing change orders, and working with unit-based pricing
Capable of reading construction plans and producing accurate as-built documentation
Competent with computers and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
