Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy with purchase orders and receipts.

Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage expense reports and assist with credit card reconciliations.

Record customer payments and support collections efforts.

Assist with audits and year-end reporting, including 1099 preparation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
