The Role You'll Play :

As a Velvet Box Sales Associate, you are a trusted consultant in an upscale, boutique retail setting. You will engage with clients using a graceful, professional approach , ensuring they feel confident and well-informed throughout their shopping journey. Your role is to provide concierge-level service with expertise and discretion, similar to luxury beauty, wellness, or fashion retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver a High-End Customer Experience : Welcome each guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Consultative Sales Approach : Use your product knowledge and training to make personalized, thoughtful recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Maintain a Boutique Atmosphere : Ensure the store is immaculate, well-organized, and reflective of our luxury retail brand .
  • Uphold Professional Standards : Adhere to Velvet Box's polished dress code and service expectations to maintain an upscale, refined environment.
  • Achieve Sales Goals : Take a results-driven approach, ensuring both individual and team sales objectives are met through expert consultation and product knowledge.
