What Youll Do

• Design and prepare civil engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for land development and municipal projects.
• Manage permitting processes with city, county, state, and federal agencies.
• Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and due diligence reports.
• Provide cost estimating, project scheduling, and technical coordination support.
• Oversee active construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve design and performance goals.
