Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess and identify patient needs to create individualized therapy plans that guide them in reaching their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Practices : Apply proven methods to help enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday living capabilities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers : Teach patients and their families about therapy techniques that facilitate continued improvement at home
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their recovery journey
