Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, requesting diagnostic assessments, and creating personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health conditions in collaboration with physicians or independently, based on your qualifications

What You Will Need

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or ability to receive them within 90 days
