The Corporate Loan Documentation Analyst holds primary responsibility for the BOKF Loan Documentation and Collateral Policy which governs the proper documentation of all loans made by the commercial and consumer lenders of BOK Financial Corporation. A law degree with licensure to practice law in the State of Oklahoma is required.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Law degree and 7-8 years of directly related experience in commercial lending, loan documentation or loan operations or equivalent combination of education and experience. A law degree with licensure to practice law in the State of Oklahoma is required.
