Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. High School diploma or GED required. Additional specialized training and / or college level coursework in accounting or related field preferred but not required. Previous experience in accounts payable is desirable. Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer. Ability to read fine print on invoices and documents. Ability to hear and communicate effectively. Immediate Start Available - We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who can confidently manage invoice processing, vendor communication, and daily AP workflows .
In this role you'll have a clear impact on keeping our accounting processes reliable and efficient.

- Review, verify and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization daily.
- Match invoices to purchase orders to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and internal controls related to accounts payable.
- Execute weekly check runs, ACH payments and other disbursements.
