As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role includes monitoring premises, providing exceptional customer service, and responding to incidents as needed. Pay Rate : $27.00 / Hour

DayTimeWed08 : 45 AM - 05 : 15 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unwanted behavior.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and / or irregularities observed during patrols.
  • Assist visitors, employees, and / or customers with directions and general information as needed.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when required.
  • Follow all Allied Universal protocols and procedures specific to armed patrol posts within financial institution locations.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
  • Have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security experience.
  • Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
  • CPR Certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
