Responsibilities

• Execute a range of technical and administrative duties to support document management processes.
• Prepare documents thoroughly for digital scanning, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Operate and maintain scanning equipment, troubleshooting issues and ensuring functionality for optimal performance.
• Enter and update data accurately in client-specific systems.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on scanned images and data to maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Prepare and organize boxes for secure storage and shipment, adhering to procedural guidelines.
• Maintain precise inventory records of documents processed.
• Collaborate on various project tasks, providing support as necessary to meet team objectives.
• Manage and organize project files both in physical and electronic formats.
• Ensure timely completion of project tasks and deliverables, adhering to established deadlines and service level agreements.

Wage Information

Target salary range : $16.50 - $17.50 per hour. The hourly range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
