Truck Driver & Cook - Food Truck Crew (Part-Time)

1. Cook / Truck Operator

You need a valid LA Driver's License and need to be comfortable driving the truck to the job site.

Responsibilities:

• Prep and cook lunch orders with care and consistency

• Drive the food truck to and from vending locations

• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to code

• Restock and manage inventory

• Assist with setup and takedown of the truck

• Problem-solve occasional issues that arise during service

Requirements:

• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in high heat

• Able to lift 20+ lbs and work efficiently in tight spaces

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Previous food service experience preferred

• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards

• Must be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Weekend availability preferred for festivals and events
