1. Cook / Truck Operator

You need a valid LA Driver's License and need to be comfortable driving the truck to the job site.

Responsibilities :

Prep and cook lunch orders with care and consistency

Drive the food truck to and from vending locations

Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to code

Restock and manage inventory

Assist with setup and takedown of the truck

Problem-solve occasional issues that arise during service

Requirements :

Comfortable standing for long periods and working in high heat

Able to lift 20+ lbs and work efficiently in tight spaces

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Previous food service experience preferred

Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards

Must be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Weekend availability preferred for festivals and events
