Vice President of Strategic Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President II, Strategic Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist leadership teams with strategy development, strategic planning, and financial and vendor management planning

Manage critical aspects of deliverables, including drafting correspondence and preparing documents for internal and external audiences

Provide vendor governance, including financial, technology, RFPs, rate setting, and operational processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred

10+ years of management experience in communications, health plan operations, strategy, change management, project management, or vendor management

Prior experience in healthcare or large-scale service industry required

Experience supporting executive-level management and driving interdepartmental collaboration

Leadership experience and skills required
