Location : Downtown Denver, Onsite

Schedule : Full-time, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Pay Range : $50,000 - $54,000

Environment : Casual dress code (jeans welcome!)

This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk who wants to grow their AP experience while being part of a small, hardworking team.

What You'll Do as an Accounts Payable Clerk

Enter 60-70 invoices daily with accuracy and consistency across several companies.

Ensure vendor invoices are complete and correctly billed during an active transition period.

Maintain physical files, including organizing archived documents from 2023 and earlier, and creating structure for upcoming 2026 files.

Download data, prepare reports, and perform lookups in Excel (pivots, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Collaborate with operations and accounting to clarify information-asking questions is encouraged!

Support a lean team with miscellaneous accounting tasks as needed.

What Makes You a Great Accounts Payable Clerk Fit

1-2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or AP data entry experience with a strong eye for detail.

Comfortable processing high volumes in a fast-changing environment.

System-savvy and adaptable as processes evolve.

Proficient in Excel (downloads, pivots, VLOOKUPs).

A natural communicator who isn't afraid to ask clarifying questions.

Flexible, collaborative, and able to thrive in a family-owned business where things can move quickly.
