Minimum age of 18 years and passing background check and drug screening. Compliant with image standards. Ability to manage various tasks, work alone or with a team, and be under stress, as well as adhere to strict quality standards. Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand or move around up to 100% of the time during shifts. - Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor; make adjustments and follow-ups as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Train team members effectively.
- Establish and maintain high customer service levels.
- Motivate staff and lead by example.
- Safeguard cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines.
