HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for a Chief CRNA who is passionate about high quality patient care and leading a team focused on excellence, at our HCA Florida South Shore Hospital in Sun City, Florida. Located about 45 minutes south of Tampa off I-75, our facility serves the communities of Sun City Center, Ruskin, Wimauma, Riverview, Apollo Beach, and Gibsonton.

As the Chief CRNA, you'll lead and supervise a dedicated group of anesthesia professionals. You will play a pivotal role in aligning facility goals with divisional objectives while ensuring optimal patient care delivery. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' of leadership experience.

Responsibilities :

• Develop continuous performance improvement and risk management programs.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and credentialing requirements.
• Lead educational initiatives to meet APP continuing education needs.
• Maintain efficient perioperative workflow and oversee scheduling.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee recruitment efforts for quality APPs in collaboration with recruitment teams.
• Supervise and evaluate staff APPs, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
