Long-Lewis Corporate is looking for a detail-oriented, organized team member to join our Sales Accounting department. If you enjoy structure, accuracy, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this might be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll take care of the daily and weekly tasks that keep sales accounting on track across all Long-Lewis stores. Your routine will include :
- Daily Invoices & Stock Numbers
- Stock-In Processing
- Weekly Delivered Unit Check
- Posting Internal Transfers
- FCTP Write-Downs
- Monthly Dealer Pay Statements
- Posting Weekly Vincent Reports
- Posting GM Activity Statements
If you like checking things off throughout the day and helping keep data clean and accurate, you’ll fit right in.
