Full-Time | Competitive Pay | 6 Months Contract

Location : North Richland Hills, TX 76180

Scheduled : 5 days per week, 40 Hours per week

Shift : Day shift, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Hourly Compensation : $20.00 - $23.50 on W2

Responsibilities :

• Room patients, obtain vitals, document medical history, and prepare charts.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and diagnostic testing.
• Administer injections, immunizations, and medications as directed.
• Perform EKGs, point-of-care testing, specimen collection, and basic lab duties.
• Manage patient scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up coordination.
• Handle front-desk tasks including check-in / check-out, insurance verification, and updating patient information.
• Maintain exam rooms, restock supplies, and ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Follow infection-control standards, safety protocols, and HIPAA regulations.
• Support patient education, care instructions, and customer service needs.
• Assist with documentation in EMR / EHR and ensure accuracy in all patient records.
