[job_card.job_description]Serve as the go-to technical expert for contractors, engineers, and architects Solve project challenges with customized geotechnical or structural solutions Prepare technical documents, training materials, and case studies Lead webinars, training sessions, and industry presentations Partner with labs and agencies to maintain compliance and evaluation reports Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required Ideally 10+ years of experience in soil mechanics, deep foundation design, or structural engineering Will consider candidates with 5+ years of experience if they hold a degree and P.E. license Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction codes Proficiency with engineering / design software Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel occasionally (local sites, trade shows, client visits)
