What You'll Do :
Serve as the go-to technical expert for contractors, engineers, and architectsSolve project challenges with customized geotechnical or structural solutionsPrepare technical documents, training materials, and case studiesLead webinars, training sessions, and industry presentationsPartner with labs and agencies to maintain compliance and evaluation reportsWhat We're Looking For :
Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical EngineeringProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license requiredIdeally 10+ years of experience in soil mechanics, deep foundation design, or structural engineeringWill consider candidates with 5+ years of experience if they hold a degree and P.E. licenseStrong knowledge of residential and commercial construction codesProficiency with engineering / design softwareExcellent communication and presentation skillsWillingness to travel occasionally (local sites, trade shows, client visits)This role is perfect for an engineer who thrives on solving challenges, enjoys collaboration, and wants to make a lasting impact on the built environment while growing their career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
