We're hiring an Accounting Manager to partner with a high-growth CPG brand that's redefining the healthy snacking space. With over $50M in annual revenue and a strong omnichannel presence across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok, the company is scaling rapidly and bringing its finance function in-house.

In this role, you'll lead daily accounting operations, manage compliance, and support leadership in building scalable finance processes. You'll oversee tax coordination, streamline reporting systems, and collaborate closely with external audit and tax partners. Accountability

As an Accounting & Tax Manager, your success will be defined by your ability to maintain accurate, GAAP-compliant financials while improving processes and supporting long-term scalability. You'll ensure smooth execution of daily accounting operations, oversee tax compliance, and help build automation and structure within the finance function. Here's how you'll make an impact :

Accounting Operations

• Lead and execute daily accounting activities, including AP / AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Manage and refine workflows within Fulfill ERP and DEXT to ensure transactional accuracy.
• Review and post high-volume e-commerce transactions across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok.
• Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accounting and reporting.
• Partner with the Head of Finance on cash flow management, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with external audit and tax partners (Moss Adams / Baker Tilly) for reviews and year-end adjustments.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
