Lead Data Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to own and develop its data engineering function.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale data infrastructure pipelines and warehousing

Collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality data for business intelligence and operational needs

Establish data governance and compliance practices while preparing the platform for future scaling

Required Qualifications

5+ years of data engineering experience with increasing scope and ownership

Strong background with AWS services (RDS, Redshift, S3) and Python

Experience building and maintaining scalable ETL / ELT pipelines and data models

Proficient in SQL and warehousing concepts

Experience in high-growth startup environments, particularly in fintech or regulated domains is a plus
